Chef Gabriele Camiolo will guide guests through a culinary journey inspired by authentic flavours and memories of Sicilian tradition, while astrophysicist Andrea Orlando — President of the Sicilian Institute of Astrophysics (IAS)
will unveil the secrets of stars and constellations, narrating myths and the ancient bond between humankind and the cosmos. The evening will be accompanied by a selection of local wines, thoughtfully curated to enhance the authentic flavours of our land, alongside moments of sky observation that remind us how celestial bodies have always influenced the rhythms of nature and agriculture.
Set within an enchanting and evocative landscape, Dimora delle Balze and its Lumìa Restaurant in Noto invite guests to four convivial dinners — a culinary journey inspired by the four elements: air, earth, water, and fire. Surrounded by the greenery of the Iblei mountains and the scents of aromatic herbs, Chef Gabriele Camiolo will accompany guests through a gastronomic experience where each course explores one of the four elements. Every dish will be paired with wines from renowned Sicilian wineries, creating a dialogue between cuisine, territory, and the cosmos.
