A Convivial Dinner – Edition 03 is an invitation to slow down and reconnect around the table, turning dinner into an authentic moment of dialogue and sharing. On the first day of each month, Dimora delle Balze and Lumìa Restaurant offer an immersive experience celebrating the Sicilian territory through a communal table and seasonal ingredients grown in the fields surrounding the estate, reinterpreted with contemporary sensibility by Chef Gabriele Camiolo. The highlight of the evening is a “blind” menu, designed as a journey of discovery revealed course by course, stimulating curiosity, emotion, and participation. Guests are invited to set aside expectations and let their senses guide them through a gastronomic story born from the land, the sea, and the seasonal light. Each dish becomes a chapter in a larger narrative, evoking memory, identity, and the culture of the region.
The Chef will lead the evening with live cooking moments, making the experience even more immersive and personal: between courses, guests are invited to interact, sharing impressions, stories, and moments of conviviality. The dinner thus becomes a true narrative, where every dish, gesture, and moment becomes part of a shared story.

Dimora delle Balze invites you to take part in a unique experience across two events, designed to celebrate raw ingredients, the land, and its roots, exploring the primal connection between humans and nature. Materia is a journey that encourages rediscovering the essence of the earth through food, hands-on interaction with ingredients, and the stories they tell. At the heart of each evening is the kitchen: the menu, shaped by the produce available from our fields, becomes a journey through the flavors of the season, served using natural materials designed to engage all the senses, from sight to touch, from smell to taste. Making these evenings even more special, the dinners will be four-hand collaborations with guest chefs, such as Accursio Craparo, combining their talent with that of our Chef Gabriele Camiolo.

Dimora delle Balze and Lumìa Restaurant invite you to a unique evening under the starry skies of the Valle Iblea, where legends, stars, colors, and flavors intertwine around a shared table. Chef Gabriele Camiolo will guide guests on a culinary journey through genuine flavors and traditional memories, while astrophysicist Andrea Orlando, president of the Sicilian Institute of Astrophysics (IAS), will reveal the secrets of stars and constellations, sharing myths and the age-old connections between humanity and the cosmos. The evening will be accompanied by a selection of local wines, chosen to enhance the authentic flavors of our land, and moments of stargazing that remind us how the stars have always influenced the rhythms of nature and agriculture.

Dimora delle Balze and Lumìa Restaurant invite you to take part in an experience celebrating the connection to the land and the elemental forces that define it. Two exclusive events in August, where food becomes ritual, fire transforms into spectacle, and the surrounding landscape becomes a vibrant stage, designed to engage guests in every detail. At the heart of the evening is the cuisine, presented as an authentic reflection of the land from which the ingredients come. The menu follows the rhythm of the seasons and the produce available from our fields, offering a selection of fresh organic vegetables, spit-roasted meat prepared with ancient techniques, fish, and traditional Sicilian flavors elevated by the flames of the BBQ.

For the fourth edition of 8 Albe – “The Time of the Moon”, the video art program unfolds over five screening evenings. The inaugural night on July 30 will feature an introduction by curator Lucia Pietroiusti, followed by a performance by multidisciplinary artist Nicole L’Huillier. From this opening, the program continues across five evenings, guiding the audience on a journey of perception, transformation, and altered states of reality. Throughout the program, the films explore rituals, mysticism, and metamorphosis, interacting with the present through nonlinear and sensory forms of knowledge. Each evening creates a space where narratives unfold between the human and the more-than-human. Rather than offering fixed meanings, the program invites the audience to dwell in instability and attune to cyclical time, creating a shared space to perceive and navigate a constantly changing present.
