Fire will take centre stage through a theatrical performance that enchants guests with dancing flames and evocative light, creating an atmosphere charged with energy and emotion. The restaurant lounge area will transform into an intimate and immersive setting, illuminated by candles and soft lights, while music inspired by the sounds of the earth accompanies the flow of the evening, amplifying its intensity and emotional depth.
At the heart of the evening lies the cuisine, interpreted as an authentic reflection of the land from which the ingredients are born. The menu follows the rhythm of the seasons and the availability of our fields, offering a selection of fresh organic vegetables, meat cooked on skewers using ancient cooking techniques, fish, and flavours rooted in Sicilian culinary tradition — all enhanced by the living fire of the BBQ.
